The late Nicaraguan poet, Félix Rubén García Sarmiento, known as Ruben Dario, would have been 152 year in 2019. On this and on the occasion of 103 Anniversary of his passing, the Embassy of Nicaragua in Washington held a ceremony on Friday, March 22, to salute Dario’s « profound commitment and Advocacy for peace ».
The evening program included presentations and a panel discussion on the many accomplishments of the renowned Nicaraguan poet, followed by a cocktail reception.
