On Sunday, July 1, 2018, the Embassy of the Republic of Congo hosted the opening reception for Ryla North America Conference. Over 100 youth delegates from some 40 countries around the world attended the event.
Introduced by the Ryla local leader Navin M. Valliappan, Ambassador Mombouli delivered a remarks in which he praised the spirit of Rotary International, a worldwide association of Rotary clubs, designed to provide service to others, to promote high ethical standards, and to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.
