It was a huge party with Scoops of caviar and glasses of Bordeaux but also yellowfin tuna, chilled tomato gazpacho and many more on menu created by Chef Trabocchi as Michelin released its third DC guide on Thursday evening, September 13, 2018.

The event took place at French ambassador’s residence packed with socialites, and members of the press who toasted all the best restaurants in DC.

Ambassador Gérard Araud, Michael Ellis, International director of the MIchelin, and representative Joanie Martin addressed the crowd at the end of the reception during which Chef Patrick O’Connell was presented with a new three-star chef whites.
