On Thursday, October 16, Jan Du Plain, President of Du Plain Enterprises and affectionately known as Washington First Lady of Culture Diplomacy, was honored with the Eurasia Center Lifetime Achievement Award at a reception at the Ven Hotel in DC. The Eurasia Center of America also conferred its prestigious Star of Executive Humanitarian Award upon United Help Ukraine.
